    That was /always/ my intention as well. I do have a bench and weights, but unless I am following something (the DVDs) it is too easy for me to come up with other stuff I 'should' be doing rather than working out..... read more »

    I find it funny that Harris Teeter sells this as well. That's where I picked up my first can. I <3 it. I've been doing p90x at home (laugh if you will, it's working for me), it's too hard for me to get to the gym.. Spike /really/ /really/ gives me a rush...... read more »
