I had a little mini hissy-fit the other day about Full as a Goog. Well, Aaron Lynch just posted a comment about how to ping the Goog to keep your feeds up to date. So just to review, here are some very useful links that you can BOOKMARK and call easily to update your feed aggregation:

Full As A Goog:

javascript:(new Image()).src = 'http://www.fullasagoog.com/googimporter.cfm?id=XXX; void(0);

Feed Squirrel:

javascript:(new Image()).src = 'http://www.feed-squirrel.com/ping/HTTPPing.cfm?ID=XXX; void(0);

... where XXX is your feed ID on their site. Freakin' sweeet. Watch out world - you are getting Ben in REAL TIME now!
