Project HUGE : Physical Therapy Is Over

By on

My physical therapy is over :) I just has my last visit with Frank Ruggiero, DPT over at the Chelsea Piers Sports Medicine office. Frank has been a great PT and now, he feels that I am at a point where I can just do the exercises on my own. Sweet. I will, of course, be taking things slow, making sure everything is functioning normally. But, Project HUGE should be all green lights going forward.

Of course, I didn't get to workout last night due to dinner. I am pushing Wednesday's workout to Friday and Friday's to Saturday for this week. That should put me back on track.

Oh man, I can't wait to go dead lift something :D

Man, I hate dead lifts! I gave up on a lot of the back and lower body lifting a couple years ago (I still work my arms and chest). My excuse at the time was that with all of the running I do, my legs are massive as it is. But I've noticed my pants getting a bit tighter over the last year, so perhaps it's time to start working those muscles harder again and fire up the fat burning core. Daddy doesn't want to buy new pants.

Jeremy,

I am jealous about the natural leg mass :) I am trying to make up for what natural didn't feel like doing. As far as dead lifts, I am fan of them because I have large, powerful ass. Well, poweful when I am doing dead lifts... if I am not doing dead lifts... then, I guess it's just large :) I like putting it to use.

Heh...you can thank my dad for the huge legs (and the several miles of running each day). But now that you mention it, I could stand to increase my ass power. It would probably be like increasing your word power, but without involving Reader's Digest in the process.

I was just laughing to myself thinking about what non-gym people would think of a statement like this :)

I believe in love. I believe in compassion. I believe in human rights. I believe that we can afford to give more of these gifts to the world around us because it costs us nothing to be decent and kind and understanding. And, I want you to know that when you land on this site, you are accepted for who you are, no matter how you identify, what truths you live, or whatever kind of goofy shit makes you feel alive! Rock on with your bad self!
