    Ben, My suggestion would be to throw out the bathroom scale. Lowering your weight does not sound like what you are really going after.     Has anyone else implemented this and seen great success? We just converted a contact form that was heavily spammed to a Flash Form and that seems to have helped. I would be interested in trying this approach as well. Thanks.... read more »
