  So, I just stumbled upon this when trying to look up tabs vs. spaces. Where I work we HAVE to only use 1 space char for indent, no tabs chars allowed whatsoever. I hate it.   @Ben Randy from Adobe got back to me and confirmed it is a bug. For a work around he said to use this "[\t ]+\r" BTW, if anyone is interested DW CS3 uses the Mozilla JavaScript 1.6 engine for Regular Expression handling.... read more »

  Can others try this regex to find/replace trailing whitespace in DW. Doesn't work in CS3. I submitted a bug report. Here is the regex "\s+$" w/o quotes Also, I changed the tab indent option to do 1 space, but it still puts a tab character. Anyone know if that could be changed to a space character ... read more »
