    yeah often you need some sort of white noise. I served in the Marines so learned to sleep standing ;) The key is to develop that 20 min-30min max nap. The reason is after 30 min you could go into deeper sleep and waking will be more like if you had slept normally so takes longer for brain to spin u... read more »
