Regarding Josh, Kelly and Dario's problem where the attachment gets deleted regardless of the value of the remove attribute: I had the same problem and then realized that the file attribute needs to correspond the file system, e.g. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\[site]\images\my_image.jpg
