@Marlin, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I moved the button on the side, which did have the orange dot. Once I slid it I checked and the sound is working again. It didn't just ring,but I immediately checked and it is working. Excellent. No restore, no visiting store. Excellent!... read more »
