garry, i have the same problem. i did all the things recommended here. i even installed media monkey. nothing works. i just bought an ipod shuffle with 2GB. we don't have Itunes here, i'd like to transfer the music from winamp to ipod, but it's not working. any other recommendations? sorry my eng... read more »
