  Same here, I have been using it for several years and it is one of the few that mix well without a blender. It is also awesome in oatmeal, one of my favorite breakfasts is quick oats, a table spoon of peanut butter and a scoop and a half of extreme milk chocolate. My favorite after workout... read more »

  With CF8 I have been using the underlying java methods on arrays with array.contains() and array.indexof(). The indexof() method has a 0 based index so you have to correct for it and it is case sensitive in the search. read more »
