Sometimes you feel like training so hard that you can almost walk... One favorite of my own is to do barbell squats, like from 100 pounds as warm-up, and for each set put on a plate more so I stop around at 300-400 pounds. Then go back down again - a pyramid set. Leg training is like cardio training. Even if your goal is to build muscle primarily, you will benefit from having some what good cardio. @Jean What I've done with PHP is that you can create classes in the same way as in C# and Java, and thus create object-oriented applications if you wish. I would think that learning Java or something similar (C#,C++,Actionscript 3,PHP etc) - (maybe preferably a language with curly braces???) is the best to grasp object oriented thinking. Ha ha! I know that one too - I do too some weird exercises. Don't be the guy who only trains their chest and biceps, and the guy who only trains their upper body. Squats and deadlifts are essential to get big and strong.... read more »

WebService data types can be a pain in the ass. If you cast everything to a string you can always inside your own application cast them to the appropriate data type. Especially if you connect to other platforms the casting can be problematic, I've had troubles with .NET webservices vs. Coldfusion... read more »
