Strange ColdFusion URLDecode() and GetEncoding() Behavior

I have to cast my vote for this not being a bug. It looks like it is simply the result of asking CF to guess whether you mean URL, the built-in scope, or arguments.URL, the local variable. As was suggested, being explicit about which scope to look in is best (arguments.URL) and should work ever... read more »
