Getting Only the Date Part of a Date/Time Stamp in SQL Server

Hi, I have not much idea on MS-SQL.Though i have started to work in this technology. As you are saying To use CAST FLOOR method to get only date part,now if i want to perform that date part trimming on a column of datetimestamp column say(i.eEXCEPTIONDATETIME)how should i proceed??read more »
