Thanksgiving Is The Enemy Of Project HUGE

Ugggg. Why is food so good tasting? Why are there so many left over desserts in the refrigerator? Thanksgiving is the enemy of Project HUGE. I have eaten so much over the past two days. Now I have to work extra hard in the gym to get back to where I was - I'm not even gonna think of where I want to be. In fact, between going down to see my new niece and the holidays and all, the last two weeks have been a total wash.

My 2006 new years resolution was to be able to tuck in my shirt without feeling self conscious about it. I don't see that happening. Ugggggg. I finally had to go brush my teeth so I would stop eating.

But holy cow! Why is Pumpkin Pie so freakin' tasty?!?

Just do what every model does: eat and then throw up :)

No, no seriously, you can eat as much as you want and never have to diet or gain the extra weight. Plus as an added bonus you get to enjoy the meal again!

It's early, I'm tired and wacky. Time to take my pill.

Reminds me of Zoolander... it's a great way to lose some pounds before a show :)

You can do that or do it the Hollywood way and just not eat anything! I've lost a lot of weight since January of this year and have been in good form for playing indoor soccer so for that I'm quite happy. To be honest its true what they say, you can eat anything you want as long as you do it with moderation. So eating several sweets or lots of food in general during Thanksgiving is no problem. Unfortunately, for many moderation is an impossible task. :)
