Kinky Solutions Valentine's Day Give Away

I Thought Valentine's day would be a sweet excuse to give something away since I haven't done much of that in a while. And so, introducing the first ever annual Kinky Solutions Valentine's Day Give Away:

The rules are simple. In the comments section below, post a comment that has the following information:
- Name and something nice about your significant other (ex. John/Jane has the most beautiful smile I have ever seen).
- How long you two have been together.
On Friday, February 8, a winner will be randomly selected from the comment entries below. The winning couple will get a $100 gift certificate from Amazon.com (or an online establishment of your choice). I am ending the give away on Friday, rather than next week on Valentine's day so that you will hopefully be able to put that gift certificate to good use with enough time before the actual day.

Ok so I'm recently divorced but i can say my ex wife C. taught me a ton about myself and made me a much better person. Also the other women in my life (my cat noki) is the perfect companion :)

My beautiful Wife Erin, who has bore my Three Future Coldfusion programmers, put up with my insane work schedule (The servers always go down in the evening), and kindly consented to join me on our first weekend away (from the kids) in 7 years, to Niagara Falls (she has no clue where we are going yet) the weekend of her birthday Feb 9-10.

Craig is the most patient, loving and giving man I have ever known in my life. hands down. I thank God every day that he is my partner in this life. We will be celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary this May, and we are still crazy in love. :)

My girlfriend L is very intelligent, dedicated and driven (even if she is slightly obsessive). It's been an interesting year and a half living with her and her two boys. "Instant family just add Todd" as we always joke. I want to thank her for pushing me to take care of myself better and deal with the world a little more instead of being a cynical curmudgeon hermit that I had aspirations of being.

My wife and I have been married for 9 years. During that time, we had five kids. The first four are girls and the last is my boy. Boy do we make beautiful kids together! It's amazing that she remembers everybody's birthdays.

My husband Scott makes me feel beautiful even after losing my figure to pregnancy. I am working hard (most days) to get back to something like I was before I had our precious daughter and he tells me all the time I am doing a great job but also reminds me in the same breath that no matter what I look like he still thinks I am the sexiest thing on earth and he will always love me. Kevin and I have been married for 5 years, and the sweetest thing he's ever done is stick up for me when my mom complained about my cooking. I'm no great shakes in the kitchen, everyone knows it, but he still told my mom that he loved my cooking.

My amazing husband of 7 years, Gil, is driving an hour and a half each way to work so that we can stay in our house until it sells and still all be together. We were renting a house where will be moving, but it wasn't very nice, so he is making this huge sacrifice for the three of us (including our 18 month old Ben).

There are so many nice things that I could say about my husband. He is a wonderful father and husband, thats a "duh". The best thing about our life together is the laughter. He is so funny and can make me laugh even as sad tears stream down my face. :) We have been together since I was 15, and married since I was 19. So "together" for 10 years. Married for 5 and a half! :)

Hi, Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to gloat about my husband. Jon is seven years younger than me, but he is the one who acts older. I am the impulsive one! As my older sister says, "Any other man would have left you by now!" I deserve those sentiments. I had a sever money problem. We have had to borrow from his and my parents to pay off credit cards that I ran up! Now, he is still paying off whatever number loan from his job. Well, it came to the point where it was my family or my addiction. I choose my wonderful husband and family! Debtor's Anonymous has helped tremendously and no access to credit cards. My girl Katya is swell because she loves ColdFusion, knows the difference between Java and JavaScript, validates her XHTML to W3C standards, strictly scopes all her variables, and writes reusable modular code.
Well, in my dreams she does.
But I looked past those shortcomings and instead we founded our relationship on the most important criteria known to man - fleeting physical attraction, her tolerance of my excessive body hair, and a mutual love of Seinfeld.
Also, she's pretty cool, like I guess.

Mike and I have known each other for 16 years, been together for 9, married for 5. How do I pick one thing about him that I love? Well, I love that he listens to me when I tell him not to buy me presents since we don't have extra money (we've got two young kids!). He feels guilty, but he still listens. My husband is just all-around wonderful: he almost always does the dishes--without complaining!--he probably does more housework than I do (sometimes just taking care of 4 kids 4 and under is as much as I can handle...), he loves my cooking, he's generous... I really got lucky. And he loves books as much as I do, so Amazon'd be great. : )

The only other I have in my life right now was Fish. Sadly, He died last week. We had been pals for 7yrs. It was so fun to sit and watch the way he organized the rocks in the bottom of the tank.

Only one nice thing? I could write a novel about how wonderful my husband is, but the best thing of all is that he makes me happy to be me. And we have two young boys and he's the best father to them, which makes him a wonderful husband too (for starters, he always changes the diapers, he potty-trained our oldest pretty much without any help from me, and he does the bedtime routine too). Okay, so that was more than one thing, I just can't help myself!
We've been together for almost nine years and it's been more magical than I ever could have imagined. (Sorry this is so sappy, but I can't help it! Since I try not to brag about what a great husband I have, I can't stop the flow when someone actually asks!)

What I most admire about my wife Tracey is how powerful of a woman she is, and how beautiful and confident of a dancer she is.
On Friday, February 8th my wife and I will have been a couple for 4,186 days, and will have been married for 3,637 days. Which means in 16 days it will be out tenth wedding anniversary.

My husband's birthday is in a few weeks, and as a gift he's taking us both to a spa for 2 nights! A spa! Where not only do your own children stay home, so do everyone else's too!
And, he sold his car years ago so that he could bike commute. He's in amazing shape, better at 41 than he was at 25.

My wonderful husband Kevin is a great dad to 6 year-old Kiersten and dutifully tackles the early morning feedings and atleast one all night feeding once a week for our newborn (Madison, 2 months, Feb 12th). He also takes her to daycare, does some lite housework and makes it a point to make me feel beautiful. We have been together for 4 years.

Life brings us the ups and downs sometimes. Dan and I have been together for 22 years, married for 19.....2 beautiful, loving children and a great dog!
We meet on the railroad...talked about basketball, photography and continue our dialogues today about almost anything. Dan is the most giving person I know. He is changing the world for the better each day and I love him for that. I wish the world had more of my Dan in it.

I have a one-of-a kind gal. She is an amazing woman! We met when I was just 15 and were married when I was 21. This summer will bring our 10th anniversary. My husband Donnie is so amazing. He goes to work every day at a job he is great at, but he absolutely hates. Why? Because he makes good money and has great benefits for his family. He hates it, but he goes 6 days a week and does his job WELL just for us. I respect him so much for it.

My sweet boy is amazing! He's going back to school (a return student) full time AND works full time in order to help with the bills. He's away from the house all day and on many weekends and still is completely sweet and romantic when ever he's around me. That's more than I can say for some people I've known.
